Record
of board proceedings; roster.
(1) The State Board of Geologist Examiners shall keep a public record of its
proceedings.
(2) All official
records of the board, or affidavits by the administrator as to the content of
such records, shall be prima facie evidence of all matters required to be kept
therein.
(3) The
administrator shall make available, upon request and payment of actual cost, an
annual roster showing the names and addresses of all registered geologists and
