Statute Text
Retiree exemption from registration renewal fees. A registered professional engineer, registered professional land surveyor or photogrammetrist who has retired from the active practice of engineering, land surveying or photogrammetric mapping may, upon application and at the discretion of the State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying, be exempted from payment of annual registration renewal fees thereafter.
