Examination waiver. The State Board of Examiners for Engineering and Land Surveying may waive the fundamentals of engineering examination requirement for an applicant for registration under ORS 672.098 if the applicant has, for at least 25 years prior to the date of the registration application, held a registration or license to practice professional engineering in another state, a territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia or a foreign country.
