Civil penalties for violations of ORS 671.310 to 671.459. (1) The State Landscape Architect Board may impose a civil penalty against any person who violates any provision of ORS 671.310 to 671.459 or any rule adopted thereunder. The penalty shall be imposed in the manner provided by ORS 183.745. The board shall determine the amount of a civil penalty imposed under this section, not to exceed $5,000 for each offense. Notwithstanding ORS 670.335, civil penalties recovered under this section shall be deposited into an account established by the board as provided under ORS 182.470.
