New landscape contracting business license required upon change of ownership; notification of change of address. (1) A new landscape contracting business license shall be required whenever there is a change in ownership, irrespective of whether the business name is changed. As used in this subsection, “change in ownership” does not include a change in the holders of corporate stock. (2) If a licensee moves to another location, relicensing is not required but the licensee must notify the State Landscape Contractors Board promptly of the new address.
