Applicant notice of unpaid judgments, awards and orders; rules. An applicant for the issuance or renewal of a landscape construction professional license or landscape contracting business license shall include in the application to the State Landscape Contractors Board notice of any unpaid court judgment, arbitration award or administrative agency final order entered or issued in any jurisdiction that requires the applicant to pay damages arising out of the performance of, or a contract for, landscaping work. The board may adopt rules that require an applicant to provide additional information regarding a judgment, arbitration award or agency final order described in this section and the status of any appeal or exceptions.
