Statute Text
Disciplinary authority of board; charges.
(1) Any person may submit to the State Board of
Architect Examiners a complaint against a registered architect. The complaint
must be in writing and be sworn to by the complainant. The board shall review
the complaint at the next regular board meeting following receipt of the
complaint.
(2) Submitting a
complaint under subsection (1) of this section does not give the claimant a
particular priority for resolution of the complaint or restrict or prevent the
board from acting on a complaint other than the complaint submitted under
subsection (1) of this section. [Amended by 1971 c.734 §105; 2013 c.196 §11;
