Statute Text
Fees; rules. The State Board of Architect Examiners may impose fees that are reasonable and necessary to aid in the administration of ORS 671.010 to 671.220 and to regulate the practice of architecture in this state. The fees may include, but are not limited to, fees for accepting and processing applications and issuing and renewing certificates of registration.
