Amendment to application for authority.
(1) A foreign limited liability partnership
authorized to transact business in this state shall deliver an amendment to its
application for authorization to the office of the Secretary of State for
filing if it changes:
(a) Its name as
shown on the records of the office of the Secretary of State; or
(b) The address
of its principal office.
(2) The amendment
to the application for authorization shall set forth its name shown on the
records of the office of the Secretary of State and the text of each amendment.
The name as changed must satisfy the requirements of ORS 67.730. [1997 c.775 §71]
