Statute Text
Appeal from denial of reinstatement. (1) If the Secretary of State denies a limited liability partnership’s application for reinstatement following administrative revocation of its registration as a limited liability partnership, the Secretary of State shall give written notice to the limited liability partnership that explains the reason or reasons for denial. (2) The limited liability partnership may appeal the denial of reinstatement pursuant to the provisions of ORS chapter 183. [1997 c.775 §66] (Interstate Application)
