Statute Text
Procedure for and effect of administrative revocation.
(1) If the Secretary of State
determines that one or more grounds exist under ORS 67.655 for revoking the
registration of a limited liability partnership, the Secretary of State shall
give the limited liability partnership written notice of the determination.
(2) If the
limited liability partnership does not correct each ground for revocation or
demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of the Secretary of State within 45
days after notice is given that each ground determined by the Secretary of
State does not exist, the Secretary of State shall revoke the registration of
the partnership as a limited liability partnership. [1997 c.775 §64]
