Statute Text
Appeal
from actions of Secretary of State.
(1) If the Secretary of State refuses to file a document delivered to the
office of the Secretary of State for filing, the limited liability partnership
or foreign limited liability partnership, in addition to any other legal remedy
that may be available, shall have the right to appeal from the order pursuant
to ORS chapter 183.
(2) If the
Secretary of State revokes the registration of a limited liability partnership
or revokes the authorization of a foreign limited liability partnership, the
limited liability partnership or foreign limited liability partnership, in
addition to any other legal remedy that may be available, shall have the right
to appeal from the order pursuant to ORS chapter 183. [Formerly 67.540]
