Governmental officers and agencies to furnish evidence related to board proceedings. All officers, departments and agencies of this state, when directed by the Governor, shall furnish the Employment Relations Board, upon its request, all records, papers and information in their possession relating to any matter before the board. [1971 c.729 §43]
