Statute Text
Supervisory personnel as union members.
Nothing in this chapter prohibits an individual
employed as a supervisor from becoming or remaining a member of a labor
organization, but no employer subject to this chapter is compelled to treat as
employees, for the purpose of collective bargaining, individuals defined as
supervisors in ORS 663.005. [1971 c.729 §4]
