Statute Text
Reports on performance of local training providers and programs.
(1) The designated state agency
and state level fiscal agent for Title I of the federal Workforce Innovation
and Opportunity Act shall provide customers of the one-stop delivery system
with reports containing information about the performance of training providers
and programs in each local area.
(2) In order for
customers to have choices in deciding the training program that best fits their
needs and the organization that best provides that service, and in order for
customers to have information about how well training providers succeed in
preparing people for jobs, the reports shall include information about:
(a) Training
programs and the organizations that provide the programs; and
(b) The success
rate of the programs in preparing people for jobs.
(3) The reports
shall present the information in a manner that allows a customer to easily
understand the options that are available in choosing a program of training
