Statute Text
Adoption of policies by council.
The State Apprenticeship and Training Council, in cooperation with the Higher
Education Coordinating Commission, shall adopt policies regarding:
(1) Evaluation
procedures relating to the determination of apprenticeship credit for work
experience, education and training.
(2) Procedures
for demonstrating the level of achievement required in any area of related
instruction, including but not limited to taking a qualifying examination of
