Statute Text
Committees not state agencies. Local joint committees formed under ORS 660.135, trade committees for apprenticeship and training formed under ORS 660.145 and state joint committees formed under ORS 660.155 shall not be considered state agencies for any purpose. [1997 c.31 §2]
