Landowner liability for operation of unregistered farmworker camp on landowner’s property; rebuttable presumption. (1) As used in this section, “landowner” means any person that has a substantial ownership interest in real property. (2) A landowner who, at the time of the farmworker camp’s operation, knows or should have known that the landowner’s property is being used as the site of a farmworker camp shall be jointly and severally liable with the person acting as the farmworker camp operator to the same extent and in the same manner as provided in ORS
