Authority of commissioner to enter into reciprocal agreements. The Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries may enter into an agreement with an agency of another state for the reciprocal enforcement of statutes regulating farm labor contractors, if the other state has a reciprocal statute similar to this section or otherwise authorizes the reciprocal enforcement of statutes regulating farm labor contractors in a manner substantially similar to ORS 658.405 to 658.511.
