Revocation, suspension or refusal to renew license.
The Commissioner of the Bureau of
Labor and Industries may revoke, suspend or refuse to renew a license to act as
a labor contractor upon the commissioners own motion or upon complaint by any
individual, if:

or agent has violated or failed to comply with any provision of ORS 658.405 to
