Statute Text
Attorney General to represent director.
Upon request of the Director of the Employment
Department, the Attorney General or, under the direction of the Attorney
General, the district attorney of any county, shall institute or prosecute
actions or proceedings for the enforcement of this chapter, when such actions
or proceedings are within the county in which such district attorney was
elected, and shall defend in like manner all suits, actions and proceedings
brought against the director in the official capacity of the director. [Amended
