Statute Text
Adjusting benefits to even dollar amounts.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter
to the contrary, any amount of unemployment compensation payable to any
individual for any week if not an even dollar amount, shall be rounded to the
next lower full dollar amount. [1983 c.51 §4]
