Statute Text
Wages; exclusion of payments to persons over 65. “Wages” does not include the amount of any payment, other than vacation or sick pay, made to an individual after the month in which the individual attains the age of 65 years, if the individual did not work for the employing unit in the period for which such payment is made. [Amended by 1981 c.77 §8]
