Certification by nurse practitioner of review of required materials. On or after October 1, 2004, a nurse practitioner licensed under ORS 678.375 to 678.390, prior to providing compensable medical services or authorizing temporary disability benefits under ORS 656.245, must certify in a form acceptable to the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services that the nurse practitioner has reviewed the materials developed under ORS 656.795.
