Injunction against employer failing to comply with deposit requirements.
(1) If an employer fails to comply
with ORS 656.552, the circuit court of the county in which the employer resides
or in which the employer employs workers shall, upon the commencement of a suit
by the State Accident Insurance Fund Corporation for that purpose, enjoin the
employer from further employing workers under this chapter until the employer
has complied with ORS 656.552.
(2) Upon filing
of a suit for such purpose by the State Accident Insurance Fund Corporation,
the court shall set a day for hearing and shall cause notice thereof to be
served upon the employer. The hearing shall be not less than five nor more than
15 days from the service of the notice.
