Considerations for rules regarding certain rural hospitals.
Whenever the Workers Compensation
Division of the Department of Consumer and Business Services adopts any rule
affecting a type A or B rural hospital, the division shall take into
consideration the risk assessment formula set forth in ORS 442.520 (2). [1991
