Limitation on compensability of physical therapist services.
A physical therapist shall not
provide compensable services to injured workers governed by this chapter except
as allowed by a governing managed care organization contract or as authorized
by the workers attending physician or nurse practitioner authorized to provide
compensable medical services under ORS 656.245. [1993 c.211 §6; 2003 c.811 §§5,6;
