Statute Text
Rules
for administration of fund for injuries of adults in custody.
The Oregon Department of
Administrative Services, with the approval of the Department of Corrections and
the Oregon Youth Authority, shall adopt rules necessary to administer the adult
in custody injury fund. The rules may provide for procedures, benefits and
coverage that vary from the workers compensation system. [1995 c.384 §24; 1997
