Activities permitted under other designation, certification or license. ORS 654.400 does not prevent a person legally regulated in this state under any other licensing provisions, rules or regulations from engaging in the activities permitted under that designation, certification or license provided that the person does not use the titles or initials specified in ORS 654.400.
