Penalties. Violation of any provision of this section or ORS 653.010 to 653.565 or of any rule adopted by the Bureau of Labor and Industries under ORS 653.307 is punishable as a misdemeanor. [1971 c.626 §6; 1993 c.18 §138; 2013 c.296 §28]
