Investigating compliance with rules; prosecution for violation. The Bureau of Labor and Industries shall, from time to time, investigate and ascertain whether employers are observing and complying with its rules under ORS 653.010 to 653.565 and take such steps as may be necessary to prosecute employers that are not observing or complying with its rules.
