Statute Text
Civil
penalty exemption for unlawful employment of minors by parents or persons
standing in place of parents.
The provisions of ORS 653.370 do not apply when minors under 18 years of age
are employed under the following circumstances:
(1) The minor is
employed by the parent of the minor; or
(2) The minor is
employed by a person standing in the place of the parent of the minor and who
has custody of the minor. [1981 c.820 §3; 1997 c.103 §1]
