Statute Text
Employment of minors in certain logging operations prohibited. No person shall employ or allow: (1) Any person under the age of 18 years to act as engineer of or have charge of or operate any logging engines used in logging operations. (2) Any person under the age of 16 years to act in the capacity of giving signals to the engineer in logging operations or receiving and forwarding such signals.
