Piece-rate-work-day
defined for ORS 653.020.
As used in ORS 653.020 (1), piece-rate-work-day means any day during which an
employee performs any agricultural labor on a piece-rate basis for not less
than one hour. For the purposes of this section, employee does not include
any individual
employed by an employer
in agriculture if such individual is the parent, spouse, child or other member
