Remedies; warrantor and dealer; attorney fees. (1) A dealer injured by a warrantor’s violation of ORS 650.390, 650.400, 650.410 or 650.460 may bring a civil action against the warrantor to recover the dealer’s actual damages. (2) A warrantor injured by a dealer’s violation of ORS 650.410 or 650.460 may bring a civil action against the dealer to recover the warrantor’s actual damages. (3) The court shall award reasonable attorney fees to the prevailing party in an action under this section. [2003 c.377 §19] _______________
