Statute Text
to 650.100 for:
(1) Every person
who sells or offers to sell a franchise in this state; and
(2) Every person,
whether a resident or nonresident of this state, who has engaged in conduct
that is subject to a proceeding under ORS 650.020. [1973 c.509 §9]
