(1)(c), a statement that the approval was obtained; and
(g) If the
corporation is a public benefit corporation or religious corporation, that the
notice to the Attorney General required by ORS 65.627 has been given.
(2) A corporation
is dissolved upon the effective date of the corporations articles of
