Statute Text
do not limit a corporations power to pay or reimburse expenses incurred
by a director in connection with the directors appearance as a witness in a
proceeding at a time when the director has not been made a named defendant or
respondent to a proceeding.
(4) A report of
indemnification must be made in accordance with ORS 65.784. [1989 c.1010 §106;
1991 c.231 §9]
