Statute Text
Voting
requirements.
(1)
Unless this chapter, the articles of incorporation or the bylaws require a
greater vote or voting by class, if a quorum is present, the affirmative vote
of a majority of the votes represented and voting is the act of the members.
(2) An amendment
to the articles of incorporation or bylaws to add to, change or delete the vote
required for any action of the members must be approved by the members. [1989
