Statute Text
Admission.
(1)
Articles of incorporation or bylaws may establish criteria or procedures for
admission of members.
(2) A person may
not be admitted as a member without consent of the person, express or implied.
(3) A corporation
may not issue a document that entitles an unidentified individual or entity
that possesses the document to membership in the corporation. [1989 c.1010 §39;
