Statute Text
Service of process on nonresident.
A person making service of process authorized by ORS 648.061 shall make the
service by delivering a copy of the process in person or by certified mail to
the Office of the Secretary of State. The service shall be sufficient and valid
personal service upon the persons not domiciled in this state to whom ORS
