Motor
Vehicle Fuel Inspection Program Account.
The Motor Vehicle Fuel Inspection Program Account is
created in the Department of Agriculture Service Fund. Notwithstanding any
other provision of law, all moneys in the account are appropriated continuously
to the State Department of Agriculture for the administration of ORS 646.947 to
646.963. [1997 c.310 §9]
