Attendance of Attorney General at grand jury proceedings. Notwithstanding ORS 132.090 (1) the Attorney General may attend grand jury proceedings, advise it in relation to its duties, subpoena and examine witnesses and prepare such indictments or presentments as it requires in investigations of violations of ORS 646.725 or 646.730.
