Statute Text
Remedy
for unfair trade practices; attorney fees.
(1) In addition to any other remedies provided by
law, any producer injured by a violation of ORS 646.535 may maintain an action
for damages sustained by such producer.
(2) The
prevailing party in any action brought pursuant to subsection (1) of this
section shall be allowed, in addition to the costs and disbursements otherwise
prescribed by law, a reasonable sum for attorney fees at trial and on appeal
