to 646.475 among states enacting them. (2) ORS 646.461 to 646.475 may be cited as the Uniform Trade Secrets Act. (3) If any provision of ORS 646.461 to 646.475 or its application to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of ORS 646.461 to 646.475 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of ORS 646.461 to 646.475 are severable.
