Construction of ORS 634.410 to 634.425.
Nothing in ORS 634.410 to 634.425 shall be construed
so as to limit the authority of the State Department of Agriculture to refuse
registration of the chemical thiram prior to June 1, 1977. [1975 c.777 §5]
