Rules
to insure adequate precautionary measures in use of thiram in reforestation.
The Workers Compensation Board
shall as a result of the study direct the Occupational Health Section to
promulgate rules and regulations to insure that adequate precautionary measures
and procedures are followed during the use of thiram in reforestation
operations. [1975 c.777 §3]
