Trainee certificate; renewal; fee.
(1) In accordance with rules adopted by the State Department of Agriculture, as
provided in ORS 634.306 (1), the department shall issue or renew its pesticide
trainees certificate if the applicant or certificate holder:
(a) Is at least
18 years of age;
(b) Is employed
by a licensed pesticide operator;
(c) Is working
under the direct supervision and control of a licensed applicator or, if
spraying or otherwise applying pesticides by aircraft, a certified aerial
pesticide applicator; and
(d) Is in
compliance with the applicable provisions of this chapter and rules adopted
under this chapter.
(2) The fees for
a pesticide trainees certificate, or renewal thereof, shall be the same as the
