Statute Text
Enforcement and administration. The director shall enforce ORS 633.511 to 633.750 and 633.996. However, the enforcement of certification regulations and the work of testing seeds and sampling, inspecting, sealing and certification labeling of tubers and horticultural plants and of agricultural, cereal grain, flower and vegetable seeds for certification, as provided by ORS 633.600 to 633.640, shall be done by the dean.
