Preparation of list of prohibited noxious weed seeds and restricted noxious
weed seeds.
The
director shall prepare a list of prohibited noxious weed seeds and a list of
restricted noxious weed seeds. On the list of restricted noxious weed seeds the
director, with the concurrence of the dean, shall specify the number of such
seeds per pound that may be present in agricultural, flower or vegetable seed. [1955
